It’s just transliteration of English into Greek lettering. I can read some of it. The bottom line is clearest, and it says “has to stop his family from watching it somehow”.

I think it is letter-per-letter replacing of an English text with Greek, if I’m not mistaken the second last line reads: ” …to stop his family from watching it somehow.”

It can’t be read by those who know Greek… well it can but the letters don’t form words, they are a random sequence, and yes, I know Greek.
