Yes there is a way. I actually have it turned off, though.
The reasoning is…the advertising on this site is what’s helping to pay for development of this project. I’d lose the traffic if I had the pages anywhere but here.

Hey, This is unrelated to today’s comics, I’m just curious–is there any way to get the comics to actually show up in the RSS? I am trying to set up google reader to take care of my webcomics, but apparently I have to click the link to the page for every new comic…which entirely ruins the purpose of an RSS feed where I could read it.

No. This last week my renders have been getting finished with only minutes to spare to get the images cleaned up and lettered for the midnight upload for you guys.

Normally I have a buffer to re-render such problems. But I’m going to have to go back and tweak these later.

This was purely due to lack of time.

Scott, did you intend that the new lighting algorithm ‘burn’ the features off Felicity’s face? Our eyes compensate for these extremes–that’s why Peter Jackson can use fade-to-white to indicate that the “viewer” is coming in or out of consciousness or in an unusual mental state–but they can’t be reproduced in the computer–a monitor can only get so bright–so maybe some tinkering is in order?

I wouldn’t choose the Jets as an example (being that they ARE real), but you are right. Anywho, as I said before, Scott will try to make the audience happy, aka Nicole will be mentioned. That sort of small detail would not affect the storyline by much, so it is plausible to do on a spontaneous choice.

to those talking about giveing Nicole the necklace, I don’t think that would work,
Scott’s world so far has it that the necklace is his key there, it appeared when he was “killed” in dreamland, and becomes the sentient sword. So it might be one of those bonded deals where it only works with one person.

Who hasn’t spoken to the characters of a TV show, book, movie, etc and told them to do something though the character would never hear? Every Sunday, my dad is like a football coach, yelling commentary and offering advice to the Jets that they’ll never hear.
