My real take on the letter: Scott knew what effect he wanted the letter to have, but couldn’t come up with sufficiently profound specific words to accomplish the effect. So he leaves the exact wording a mystery, while successfully achieving the effect. (And Kudos to the artist/storyteller who recognizes that something hinted at but hidden is often more alluring than something revealed, just as a woman sometimes can be more attractive in a well-designed bikini than naked … )

Maybe it’s best that we don’t know what’s in the letter.

For Dan, logic said two different things:
(1) Dreamland is not real; Alex is just making things up. There is no way to reach from this cosmos to another.
(2) Alex could not make it up so convincingly; Dreamland must be real, even if there is no evidence.

Now that dilemma is beginning to be resolved.

Another wild theory:

Whilst I still think Alex is the one who is meant to be the King (with Nastijia at his side). If Alex is not meant to be ruler then the obvious person is Nicole as she is the only human we know of to materialise in the capital city.
