I don’t really think of Alan Rickman as Severus Snape. In fact, I prefer thinking of him as the Metatron. There -was- a study that found his voice, at least combined with the voices of Jeremy Irons and Michael Gambon, is the most perfect male voice. What better to play the spokesman of a deity?

Personally, I agree that he’d be appropriate for Nicodemus (I know plenty who would probably say he -does- have a gruff yet seductive voice), but I wouldn’t rule out other voices.

Jeremy Irons for the voice of Nicodemus, in my honest opinion. Gruff, yet perfectly sophisticated. Also, when is a copy of that sword necklace going to be available for purchase? That’s something I’d buy… and hope vainly every night that it might work!

heh, i just now decided to catch up on Dreamland again. and to say the least im very glad i did, cause reading all of the stuff (some of it again) was great and im going to say this now cause its not that far off. GREAT GREAT tie in of the two worlds.

I would think Kiwi would call just about everyone sweetie. It fits her personality. What got me is that she mentions a chair, but then there is no actual chair to be seen! (Or maybe I missed it, but I looked pretty closely.)
