OhPleaseOhPleaseOhPlease DON’T have him give Alex BAD advice on how to “move the relationship along!” I really hate it when comics do that with one character thinking he knows everything and the other being gullible enough to believe it. Though this is not quite that, I would really appreciate it if you don’t make it so.
Oh wait, I just realized you said there’d be a montage tomorrow. Phew, that means my fears are averted and the last line on this page isn’t really agrivating, only ironic and funny.

You always notice in movies how it’s the nerdy guy who can’t get a girl to save his life who’s the one dishing out the advice on how to get one? Maybe it’s just me, but that’s USUALLY not true to life. Then, there are those of us out there who do give out advice- but that’s only so that you learn from our mistakes!! lol
Yeah, but that doesn’t necessarily apply to Dan. He is in the process of hooking up with Nicole, after all …

I never noticed before (or if I did, I forgot) that Dan’s full name is a composite of two of my all-time favorite TV characters: Doctor Daniel Jackson and Colonel Samantha Carter.

Amen to both of the previous comments on this. I am sick and tired of all the trash that this world has to offer. It doesn’t work, nor does it help, so why would I want more of it? Isn’t that the definition of insanity (you know, thinking you can keep doing the same thing and expecting different results)?
to do the same thing is to repress sexuality, like we’ve been doing as a species for thousands of years, leading to myriad psychological problems..

love the page. love the look on Dan’s face. It says it all. Thank you for all your hard work scott. I really like that I can let my children read this with out worring about what they may read or see.
I second that! Of course my toddler can’t read yet, but he really likes the pictures. I love that it is something the whole family could enjoy without so much of the adult humor found in a lot of “kids” media these days. You have a wonderful balance. The style you use.. the colors and soft textures… I love it the more and more it goes on. This is definitely one of those books that should be treasured for generations.
