Really, though, as much as I’d love to see Dan go, wouldn’t he have to go through training with Orion like Alex did? I mean, Alex has come pretty far.

It’s partly the art style and partly actual human proportion, as SM said. From the heel of your hand to the tip of your middle finger is almost enough to cover your face from chin to hairline. Moreso if you were born in a digital cartoon world and had big cartoon fingers.
