Whaddaya mean? I’m 6.3″ The director dude is just a bit short. Grutte Pier is said to have been about 2m 10cm and his sword is 2m 15cm. Sooo.. in his case, it was actually taller than him.

In a time were people were about 1m 65cm on average( the 1600′s), he must have been quite the frightening character
