If publishers get paid for each download, that money must come from somewhere, and it makes sense if the company paying doesn't want to advertise (and advertising is the only thing they gain from wowio) to a userbase that can't possibly ever use their product. I am european. I have a wowio account. An american friend made it for me last year. I think the reason why Dreamland is so low in the webcomics listings is that both your incentives are broken, and you rarely update them. The higher up you are the more hits you get and the more Wowio books will be downloaded. I think if you updated the incentives regularly and reminded us occasionally, Dreamland would be higher up. Sarah Ellerton from The Phoenix Requiem adds new incentives regularly, and that's what keeps her comic in the top 3. Just giving you a heads up.
