Alexander Carter
Traits: Over confident, self centered, simple minded, but a good kid.
Alexander Carter is a typical slacker. He has natural abilities he doesn't really utilize. He's smart, moderately athletic, not bad looking, but just kind of skates through life.
He's going to college now...rooming with his twin brother Daniel. He's still "undecided" and failing his classes.
Suddenly...being back in Dreamland has given him a whole new perspective though. Now he has childhood friends to help, quests to fight for, and a new love in his life...Nastajia the Elf Princess.
To top it off, his brother thinks he's going to another planet and he's being tested like a lab animal by the school's med students. He doesn't really know what's going on...but follows his gut like he always has...hoping things will work out.
Daniel Carter
Traits: Faith, Desire to learn, giving, sensitive
Alexander's twin brother has never dreamt...but knows a lot about dreaming. Since he and Alexander were kids he's kept a journal of Alexander's nightly adventures. He named them THE DREAMLAND CHRONICLES.
Daniel isn't as athletic or charming as his brother, but he makes up for it by being good natured and a genuinely nice person.
During Alexander's adult journey's Daniel is there for his brother every step of the way offering any advice he can give. It's due to Daniel's faith and resolve that Alexander is able to survive Dreamland.
Kiwi
Traits: Bubbly, Witty, Cute as a button, tougher than she looks
As a fairy...Kiwi is naturally a free spirit. Though this fairy has a lot of personality even among her own people.
She hopes to one day have her own interior decorating business as she loves the idea of making a living doing what she loves...telling people how they can make their lives better. She loves to stick her nose in everyone's business and she offers advice out like its candy.
She is loyal to a fault with her friends and will gladly put her life on the line for them. She truly loves playing matchmaker and her biggest project is getting Nastajia and Alexander together.
Paddington Rumblebottom the Third
Traits: Easy going, a great dancer, smarter than he looks
Paddington Rumblebottom the third comes from the race of rock giants. These gentle giants roam the country side searching for vegetation for food. They love to eat and are a simple folk.
Paddington discovered at a young age that he had a great talent for dancing. He learns new moves from the kids who visit nightly. Over the years he's learned dance moves from all over the world. Now he travels town to town teaching the Dreamlanders how to dance moves like the Cha Cha, the cabbage patch, and even the Macarena.
He's become so well known and well liked that he's actually reached celebrity status among the people of Dreamland. Some say that it's even reached the ears of Nicodemus the king who is quite jealous that someone may be more known in the land than him.
Nastajia Ashenheart
Traits: Driven, Bottled Emotions, Fierce competitor, in over her head.
Nastajia grew up as royalty. Her parents, Oberon and Titania were the king and queen of Elves. Living in a castle and being trained in all forms of weaponry may sound cool...but as a young girl Nastajia's favorite times where when Alexander would visit.
When Alexander disappeared 8 years ago she was devastated. She became tougher...angrier. She buried herself in study and training...leaving no room for a private life.
A year ago Nastajia's parents left on a trip and never returned. Now...well before her time...Nastajia's left to rule her people.
Felicity
Traits: Flirty, mischevious, loose morals, a loner.
Felicity grew up on the streets. She's learned to live on her own since a very young age. This has toughened her up...but not in the way that Nastajia has been toughened.
She's flirty to a fault and doesn't take much seriously. She knows life is short and she intends to live it to the fullest.
She will pounce on an opportunity before she can think it through. This has led her to jail more times than she can remember.
Nicole
Traits: Studious, by the books, over achiever, thorough.
Nicole is a super smart gal. She has always been a straight "a" student and continues to excel at her studies.
While studying Alexander, she is faced with something that isn't "in the book". This leaves her in an unusual spot for her as there's no answer book for what she's confronted with.
True to form, though, she applies logic, science, and determination to solve this problem...as she will with anything that comes her way.
