If Paddington’s telling a really boring story surely that would mean Alex would be more likely to keep on sleeping? cos it’s boring?

lol… i think in an earlier comic Kiwi did mention that he does just disappear and reappear from dreamland in between dreaming and being awake… remember “oh there you are! i’d forgotten how you just pop out of dreamland when you wake up and back when you fall asleep again…” something along those lines anyway

I wonder what exactly happens when he returns to the real world. Does he go back to sleep in Dreamland? Or does he just go “poof!”?

That would be funny. Paddington’s telling a really boring tale of how he has learned from all the dance masters around the world, and Alex either nods off as he’s talking, or he’d reappear just as Paddington finished. Either way, when Paddington asks “so, is that interesting, or what?” Alex would take more than just 5 panels to respond.

… The thought occur’s that the necklace is rather like a return ticket to another world. Which should it imply that it ‘works’ for adults and thus would explain why it’s considered ‘Evil’ if it in fact is.
