And Alex sits calmly reading a magazine (book? Nah, he could never read a book).
Meanwhile, Nicole embarks on her journey back to Dreamland… maybe.
Actually, I think that might be one of Scott’s other titles. It almost looks like My Grandparents are Secret Agents, although it might be Hyperactive….
But what kind of magazine/book would interest Alex?
Looks like a comic book. Maybe dreamland chronicles? Hehe. Anyways, I can tell Dan and Nicole are off to a happy relationship already. >.<

Don’t forget, we have to be wearing clean underwear, too. Didn’t your moms ever tell you that one?
Nope. When I had an accident, the doctor almost lost me because he and the nurses spent a quarter hour tisking about my underwear…

Um, how is Alex reading without light?
He’s just looking at the pictures! Like a little kid!

Alex: What? You’re giving me that look, I can FEEL that look!
Dan: *sighing heavily* That’s… a picture book…
Alex: And I’m reading it, what’s wrong with that?
Dan: What the… you can’t READ a picture book! What are you, FIVE!?!?
Alex: *thinking extremely hard for a moment* Wait a second chump! Does a picture not say a thousand words!?!?
Dan: Buh… well, well yeah, but…!?!?
Alex: Then I’m reading, a thousand words at a time. OWNED.
Dan: O_O
And here’s an even tougher question: How can he read it without opening it?
I’ve just flipped through these few last pages. It’s never opened wide enough to read.
Many mangas are bound in such a way that if you open it any wider, it would fall apart. True story.
May I quote you the next time someone says that the Japanese quality is superior to the Chinese?

My guess is he’s just pretending to read, while trying to keep a straight face during the conversation that’s going on between Nicole and Dan.
I LOVE how casual Alex is about this, and if Dan doesn’t shut up, I want that book to knock him unconcious.
I seem to recall that Scott said he had no plans to bring Nicole and Felicity back together again.

I have never seen anyone being as big a coward as Dan, even in science there comes a time you have to “DO” instead of “LOOK AT FROM THE OUTSIDE”
I doubt he’s a coward. If there were a reason for HIM to be the one trying to get into Dreamland, I’m sure he wouldn’t hesitate. But this is Nicole. Being scared and worried for someone else, particularly someone you really care for, isn’t the same thing as being afraid for yourself.
That would be an impossible scenario in which to fall asleep.
Is Alex reading a comic book or graphic novel? It looks to me like the back cover has pix on it….waiting to see what is going to happen is driving me nuts! LOL
Then hire a chauffeur for them!
