Well, sure, we can leave the largest area of damage on your armor and only repair the minor scratches. I don’t see this going wrong at all.
Don’t forget, the helmet completely shattered.
Poor Alex. You’d think they would at least give him a robe or something.
Keep in mind, before he got the armor, Alex was walking around Dreamland AND the Palace with nothing but boxers and the Sword. This is old hat for him.
Probably still embarrassing, though.
At this time he just was coming back to Dreamland, and not the king.
Luckily for him, he didn’t sleep naked

He’s had yellow eyes for a while. That’s why I kept saying he looked like a Cullen when he had the bruises

Even with a good peripheral vision, all she’d be able to know is that there is something to be seen that is not currently in focus… To actually see, she would need to pay attention by directing her gaze in that direction.
Just as when I look at my middle screen, in order to type this very post, I am well aware that there is an Excel spreadsheet open in the right screen, and my iTunes open in the left screen. But for me to be able to see any of the details on either, I would have to shift my focus to one of them. She is not shifting focus. She is staring straight at his face. Therefore, while she may be aware of his lack of clothing, she is not paying attention to it.

Zooming in to the maximum my computer allows, I see a red and yellow background, and what appears to be some sort of image hidden under his hands. He may not be trying to protect his modesty, he may be trying to cover up something REALLY embarrassing, like a Sonic the Hedgehog imprint. O_O
I’m guessing Strong Bad myself.
Looks like a red devil on the right of the boxer. I could imagine it saying “horny devil” in the front. Lol.
My first thought was Superman boxers- it looks like repeated shield with the S pattern. But it is quite early, and I am not wearing my glasses, so that could be completely wrong

I honestly expected the final panal to be “Um .. can I have some cloths?”
I also assumed the armor wouldn’t come back looking exactly as it did before Alex had it. New, swanky helmet. Maybe the large gouges in the chest would be filled with gold or something .. maybe not gold, something more durable. To show the damage, yet repair it and therefore protecting his chest. Otherwise you have some pretty vulnerable spots right out front.

And suddenly, it’s one of THOSE dreams, where you’re walking around the palace trying to be a good king even though you’re still new at it and you’re under a lot of pressure when you look down and realize you’re NOT WEARING ANY CLOTHES and you feel like you’re going to just keel over in EMBARRASSMENT even though nobody seems to have noticed so you try to act casual playing it cool when you see the most beautiful girl in the world and realize she’s STARING RIGHT AT YOU and you don’t know what to say you don’t know how to react just avoid eye contact and

I’m all for showing you battle scars, but not if it compromises the inegrity of the armor.

so let me get this straight… it is NOT OK of a king to walk around in beat up armor but it perfectly fine for him to walk around in his underwear? LOL
i agree, battlescars make him look badass!
does he get normal cloths or is he just going stay in his boxers all day?
