I would be surprised i Nicole was dumbfounded given she has already been to dreamland as a child, and possibly even seen or met Nastajia at some time.
Scott, the tab sequence for the reply to fields are not in order, you can tab from Name to Email to Website but the next tab press takes you to the top of the page instead of this comment field.
Well, she does remember, now, about Dreamland and the kinds of things/people that were found there. But A) She did not always remember, and B) it still came as a shock when she realized that those dreams were real, and not just figments of her imagination.
But what I was referring to was the fact that, for the last few days, she stood almost perfectly still, saying nothing, and apparently not reacting to Niviene’s presence, leading some people to making comments as to whether she would break down and freak out before Dan would. This page puts that to rest. She is not freaked out, nor is she too dumbstruck to move or speak.
That’s all I was saying.
Well, I guess Nicole’s a thinker, like Dan. The kind of people that go into this state of fugue, while processing and absorbing info.
Useful for tacticians, nót so useful in position where immediate action should be the norm.

Actually, Dan and Alex would make a perfect “shared” government. They actually listen to each other, are really fond of each other, and perfectly work together (like in the siege of Nic’s castle)

Hey man, sorry to hear about your hard drive. You can use a tool called Spinrite to force the drive to fix iffy parts of itself, but it’s not cheap, it’s $89. Worth it though if you have a drive fail that you need to get data off of though. http://www.grc.com/sr/testimonials.htm

Well… Alex is thick headed, immature, and not terribly sophisticated in his tastes. On the other hand he’s loyal, true, brave, steadfast, and determined to defend and help Dreamland and Nastajia to the best of his (and Dan’s) abilities. And he knows his limitations. She could do a LOT worse.

I doubt Alex is off finding Felicity and the others, as some people have mentioned. Assuming he appeared near the same spot, he’d need to make it out past all the sea monsters. It is not impossible, though. Alex could avoid the sea serpents by heading straight up once he left the cave; I doubt they could catch him before he reached the surface, and once he surfaced he could then fly. The problem would have been locating Felicity, Kiwi, and Paddington; they ARE (or at least, were) over water, the Pool might have been able to zero in on them. It might even have been possible to talk to them through it and tell them to fly to the shore where the Merpeople go so Alex would have a shorter trip. Of course that depends on what happened when they encountered whatever the big bird was…
