Two small comments:
1. Aruthur, as others have already pointed out.
2. The P and the comma kind of run together in the first text bubble, making it look like “SLEER” rather than “SLEEP”.
And yeah, I think Nicole’s more excited about Felicity than some mermaid.

I think that´s more her “Mermaid, my foot. I saw FELICITY again! THAT was amazing.” face.

The last panel doesn’t look quite right. Daniel’s excited about what they saw, but it looks like he’s about to shake the snot out of Nicole.
Well…he is a super-excited nerd boy.
Things like this can happen when they get excitable. 
One of the things I’ve made a conscious effort to do with my art is have the characters interact physically.
That’s always been a problem with CGI art. The characters rarely touch.
This is Dan grabbing Nicole excitedly by the shoulders, yes. Something my wife likes to do a lot.
Indeed, Dan, and do please let your mom know that The Sword is NOT to be sold in the next garage sale while you’re gone back to college. Oy!
That would be unfortunate….. Oh dear.
Less unfortunate, though, than a SWAT battalion dragging Dan to jail.
