Scott, I took years and years of French, so here’s the answer regarding the accent.

The accent over the é in Brocéliande is an accent aigu. It is necessary for pronunciation as it tells the reader that the e is pronounced as eh vs. euh. Usually you can use the “insert symbol” function in MS-Word to find the correct accented é or copy it as I’ve typed i here.

I love how the Egyptians are watching over Merlin’s dream body. It makes the story even more special.

Thank you all!
Here’s a recap of how it works.
You have your BODY which is on Earth.
When you Dream (like Alexander is) you get a “projection” of your body in Dreamland (Dream-Self).

When Arthur wanted to MERGE the two pieces of the amulet/bracelet thing. He held half on Earth… and half in Dreamland.

Then… as the magic was working to merge them… he had to sleep in DREAMLAND to make it work (don’t ask me how…it just sounded cool).

But Nicodemus and the Wraiths interrupted the process. Thus leaving Arthur’s “Soul” trapped somewhere in between worlds.

Merlin did everything he could to bring him back. And eventually… he decided to “go after him.”

Now… coincidentally… something SIMILAR came out AFTER I did this… INCEPTION.

For those of you who HAVEN’T seen this movie yet…

SPOILER ALERT!

Leonardo DiCaprio goes after Ken Watanabe after he dies in the dream.
It’s kind of like this.

The thing is…
Arthur’s Dream Self (once Alexander took the sword) disappeared. And we have to assume that his body, wherever it’s being stored, died as well.

Not exactly. Arthur’s Dreamland body has disappeared, as Nic found out when – after learning the Sword regarded Alex as King – he went to the tomb and tore it open to find… nothing.

Where Arthur’s body went – if it dissipated, rose, was stolen, or transitioned to another dimension – is unknown. Yet.
