Its a great idea in the sense that he needs to start being able to plan for himself and not rely on Dan for everything. Too bad if he did go to Dan, he would know where her parents are and find out amazing info on how to stop Abaddon on both sides of the gate.

My gues would be that her no is (in no particular order or importance): 1 part no we can not go off to Dan for planing every single time we need help every time we get in trouble. 1 part No we already have a plan with the Egyptians, so lets stick to it. 1 part No we don’t even know they AREN’T there, and finally 1 part No if there was ever a time to prove that you (or at least us together) are ever just as good or better than ur brother then that time would be now.

I know it’s a lot to ask with over 1600 pages…but I don’t want new readers missing out on things.

Glad to hear things are being resolved like that Scott, and thanks to everyone involved in making that happen! ^_^

As for Nastajia, this may be a rare case of Alex being more pragmatic than she is. But given it’s her parents, and all she’s been through, I think she’s due a moment or two at least. I might be jumping the gun though, as intrigued for the next page as ever.
