Book saga that has good dragons: Raising Dragons. Good Christian series, adventure, some humour. Mainly about your average teenage boy who has dragon heritage, has really bad breath and ends up being able to breathe fire as a result. (of his dragon heritage, the bad breath is a side-effect!)

There are good dragons in “Eragon” too… and Harry Potter (sorry to pull that one out, it’s just an example)
I’m certain there are other examples, just can’t think of any others off the top of my head.
