I’m wondering if maybe the dwarves were getting bored and preferred to fight a horde of monsters over watching some hostages getting killed? Also think that those few buggers might have been let through on purpose O.o (as there isn’t a big horde on their tail)

Maybe a bit harsh there, guess the comic the is intended to keep ‘free’ for children. Still a little wardrobe failure would have been nice. Nat looks unscratched, even without protective armor like Alex.
