Obvious to me that Paddington was ripping that tree out of the ground. This is a good argument for my higher-res panels idea!

Perhaps expanding the point of view from Alex’s limited experience means we’ll be introducing another human’s perspective? I guess we’ll get Dan in there once he’s ready to be king (conjecture), but will Nicole be rejoining Dreamland?? I guess I’ll just have to wait patiently to find out.

Honestly, I didn’t notice the sound effect the first time I read it, but when I first noticed it I quickly forgot about it, figuring it was the sound of the tree.
