Actually, could be just me, but I’d maybe prefer them dead. Unless they have a REALLY good explanation why they haven’t told their whereabouts to anyone, not even that elven scholar guy back home. They just disappeared from her life. From the life of their ONLY daughter.
You know, i was thinking why would she need string for a bow that fires magic arrows, (panel 1) wouldn’t it be easier to just pull a light arrow and let it be fired magically?
Maybe, bmonk. That’s one of the first sensible opinions I’ve heard.
But I, like 0Awareness, sorta prefer them dead. Maybe Nico has them under some spell that makes them dead until Nico is killed.
But we NEED the happy ending. We need to see the king walk Staj down the aisle.
Even though that shouldn’t be possible, since Alex is only in Dreamland for a while each day.
He’ll find a way to make it work out. Maybe they’ll figure out a way to put her into the real world.
But maybe they won’t.
I sure hope they do…
Oh, nevermind! Just get to the KISSING ALREADY!!!!!!!
I concur with Bmonk and Bytra about them being captured.
However, I would prefer them to be alive… If they are alive and are recovered, then they can go back to ruling the Elven kingdom, and the pressure’s off Nastajia. She can go back to just being a princess, and can take the time to relax and properly re-build her friendship with Alex.
What, you don’t think that Alex is destined to permanently emigrate to Dreamland? It seems like the only logical conclusion if he’s going to become High King …
I agree with TekServer. There’s nothing but stupid, scientific Nicole who I’m pretty sure used to go to Dreamland when she was young; the only sensible person in the real world is Dan, and he’s never dreamt. All the action is in Dreamland, anyways – since Alex is failing in his studies anyway, I bet permanently emigrating to Dreamland would be best – or even if it became reversed, with Dreamland being the ‘real world’ and the real world being just a dream.
Be a shame if something HAPPENED to them..
x)
That made me larf out loud
HAHAHAHA HEEHEE *snort*
Oh man, AbsoletDude, that was good…
^_^

I wonder where they are?
string conducts magical energy. Also energy string for glowy yellow arrow infringes on D&D copyright once they go to sell the book.
But mostly because without a bowstring it’s just a curvy stick…
Maybe while on this quest they got captured, like by Nico? For getting too close to the truth he wants hidden?
Perhaps banished to Earth, and are living as hobos somewhere?

Just get Dan to help him induce a coma. Problem solved.
I agree with TekServer with him going to Dreamland, though I’m expecting it to be handled a little bit more subtle than that
It’s occurred to me…when do the citizens of this land sleep? If he’s gone only a minute here or there, then they can’t just take 40 winks.
