Unless the boss has dozen or more wings, judging by the number flaps per panel I’m guessing reinforcements O.o (or a really screwed up way for someone to give an applause …)
is it just me or do ships get attacked by flying monsters quite often in fantasy?
I love how they all have their own customized noise fonts <3

Wouldn’t the ship be tossed around a bit by Paddington jumping around during the fight? Perhaps he was just being careful…
