And Young Alex drew the Master Sword…and eventually became Adult Alex

The writing on the stone is from the Bible, Ephesians 6:11-17. I think it’s the King James Version. You can read part right above his hand “with preparation of the gospel of peace” which is in verse 15.
“Here be the sword of the kings of Dreamland, which started out as a letter opener…and the great smith got a little carried away…”
