It’s possibly a mystery to the inhabitants of Dreamland, as well. Alex merely pulled the “sword from the stone”, but it may mark him for something greater, and he can no longer return without it.
However, I’m glad to see that it was Kiwi talking to Alex, albeit I’d preferred it had been Nastajia.
