This? This is the least surreal interaction I've seen so far. An onrunning theme of character interactions thus far in this comic is that everyone seems to obscenely overreact to the slightest little thing... But this little bit? Well, it makes sense. It is quite common not to really know what you want to do even at age 20, especially for slackers like Alex. And you wouldn't want him to be dishonest about it, would you? Surreal? This?
This is the least surreal interaction I’ve seen so far.
